Registration Information

You will find below the registration fees for the EuroSys 2010 conference. You are eligible for a reduced registration fee if:

• you are a member of either ACM or EuroSys (*),
• you are a student (**) at a university or college.

(*) Please note that you will be asked for your ACM/EuroSys member ID if you select a "Member" ticket.

(**) Student Registration requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D.-student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the EuroSys 2010 Secretariat, with a scanned pdf email attachment.

Important: Early registration with reduced fees is possible until March 15th 2010. After that, fees for late registration apply.

Package registration fees include admission to:

• participation in conference program and tutorials/workshops,
• a printed copy of the conference proceedings,
• a welcome cocktail on Tuesday April 13,
• lunches on April 13, 14 and 15,
• the coffee breaks,
• the conference dinner (dinner-cruise on the Seine river on Thursday 15 evening) (***).

(***) Due to the limited capacity of the cruise boat, student delegates will participate in the conference dinner within the limits of available seats.

WorkshopsTutorials only registration fees include admission to:

• participation in tutorials/workshops,
• lunch and coffee breaks.

Extra tickets for the social event (dinner cruise on the Seine river on Thursday 15):

• Social event: extra tickets (for accompanying people) are available within the limit of seats (cost: 105 euros per pax).

Policy

• Link to paper upload: At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered for the conference by February 8, 2010 for the final paper to appear on the paper submission website.
• Cancellation: All cancellations must be made by writing to the EuroSys 2010 Secretariat. Cancellations received before March 26, 2010 are fully refundable minus a 100 euros processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

Procedure

For registration, you may use:

• either the web-based registration form with online payment on a secure website (recommended),
• or the offline registration form (interactive pdf format).

Please use one form per attendee.

After Registration

If properly processed, your successful registration will be acknowledged by email, which you may use as a receipt of payment. A formal tax invoice will also be issued to you in hardcopy at the time of the conference.

If you need a visa to travel to France, for the conference, please contact the French embassy or consulate to obtain information about visa application.
